2. Do these products contain all the natural ingredients with nothing removed?

These products are the complete porcine thyroid extract with nothing removed. To comply with all import and FDA regulations, we make no health claims, and we make these products available for research use only to qualified individuals. 3. What steps do you take to ensure that you are always shipping good product?

We previously tested every production lot for active ingredient content by an independent lab, the results have always been excellent, and some of these results are available on this site in other posts. We guarantee the products we send you are correctly labeled and genuine/authentic. We also monitor the online forums to detect any groundswell of comments about our products, which would alert us to any potential problems. It is normal to have an occasional comment questioning effectiveness, and you can also see occasional such comments about well established products like ERFA and NP Thyroid also. Our guess is there are food interactions (coffee, calcium, etc.) and other reasons (iron, adrenals, etc.) why effectiveness may vary. 4. We are going to Thailand soon for holiday. Are we able to buy some while we are there?

Welcome to Thailand! We are here to help. Please contact us privately about 2 weeks before your trip and we will make the necessary arrangements. We do this as a favor to any customer who wants to pick it up locally. It is ok for us to give you a discounted, because please remember, this is a completely different business model. We will merely make the arrangements for stock availability, and you will deal directly with the local pharmacy. In this case we don’t need to order it, stock it, pack it, pay for shipping and other expenses like licenses and permits, take photo and send it to you, provide great customer service which is not free, refund or re-send another one if you don’t receive it for any reason, transfer money around the world, pay Amazon commissions, or pay taxes on it. Please remember, there are many hidden costs to this business that people neglect to consider. We will arrange to send it to your hotel by courier for US$10.

 

5. I need 1/2 grain. Is it available? Can these tablets be easily broken in half?

These products are made in 1 grain dose only. The tablets do not have a score mark and are not easily broken. However, they can be easily CUT using a tablet cutter. Tablet cutters are readily available on Amazon, and they are only a few dollars.

 

6. I am currently taking “abc” and I would like to know how much of your product I should use? How should I take it?

Our product listings clearly specify this in the title of the listing as well as several other places in the listing, so this labeling will be a surprise only if you did not read the listing.
